Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. As all of our products are made-to-order and customized, we maintain a strict after-sales policy.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy (Custom Orders)

All items are custom-made based on customer specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production will begin and cancellation will not be possible.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will review the case and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor differences in color, texture, or craftsmanship
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

5. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
